YYC Bitcoin hosts a laid-back community cookout at Bowness Park, gathering at Picnic Site #2 on the east side of the parking lot. There's a firepit and wood grill on site — bring your own food to grill and your own beverages (alcohol is permitted at this picnic site). It's an easy, all-ages way to meet other Calgary bitcoiners over a summer BBQ. RSVP via the Meetup page, and watch it in case weather moves the gathering indoors.
