Try It! Free Dance Class Series

The National accessArts Centre invites newcomers to try four weeks of community dance with its 'Try It!' series. Each session blends a friendly warm-up, guided dance steps, playful improvisation and prop work, with built-in breaks to rest and connect. Open to anyone 18 and older, it's designed around accessibility — all movement styles, levels and abilities are welcome. Advance registration for the full four-week run is required and spots are limited.
