Club Sapphic is Calgary's newest queer pop-up dance party, throwing a Pride Weekend takeover at Subrosa. Hosts Kylee Roman, Priyaa Pradhan and Portia Kay set a sapphic-centered floor welcoming lesbian, bi, pan, trans, Two-Spirit, non-binary and questioning folks and their allies. DJs SONIDEF, PAYE4PREZ, MOLLYFI, TERRITINGZ and GOODMEDICINE spin pop, R&B, house, hip-hop, disco, afro, dancehall and club remixes, with dance-floor contests and prizes. A portion of ticket proceeds supports Stonewall Recovery.
