JazzYYC and The Audio Room are teaming up for a day of high-fidelity sound and a glamorous evening fundraiser. All proceeds support youth jazz programs and community music initiatives in Calgary. The daytime Hi-Fidelity Jazz Day offers a relaxed, come-and-go experience at The Audio Room. Enjoy live trio performances, curated listening sessions on premium equipment, and jazz education workshops with CKUA’s Kodi Hutchinson. An online auction runs alongside the in-person events. The evening Speakeasy Gala at The Confluence in Fort Calgary transports guests to the Roaring Twenties. The ticketed event features a VIP cocktail reception, a concert by JUNO-winning vocalist and pianist Laila Biali, and hosting by Jonathan Love of the Heebee-Jeebees. Guests can enjoy Vegas-style casino games, a silent auction, and a raffle.
