Lina's Carbonara + Pasta Skills Class

Lina's Italian Mercato hosts a lively, technique-focused pasta demo class where you watch, learn, and taste your way through five Roman classics — from a silky aglio e olio to a true no-cream carbonara and a fiery pasta assassina. It's a fully guided experience: settle in with a welcome charcuterie plate and a drink while the team walks you through emulsification, timing, and technique, then eat everything they make. Antipasto, dinner, and dessert are all included.
