Tucked into a warehouse in the heart of Calgary's Manchester brewing district (the "Barley Belt"), The Establishment pairs a bright, Bauhaus-inspired taproom with a sunny, dog-friendly patio and walls lined with barrels of slow-maturing wild beer. We're the 2021 Canadian Brewery of the Year, and we brew for the people who drink with us — "ale to the people." 🍺 On tap A rotating selection of highly drinkable core and seasonal beers — hop-forward ales, European lagers, and barrel-aged wild creations that can take anywhere from three months to three years to mature.
