Our roots are Ukrainian, but our doors are open to everyone. GULBAR launched in May 2023 in the heart of the Beltline with a simple mission: bring people together and give them a place to feel truly at home. We have hosted over 65 events since opening — from intimate jazz nights to full DJ and live-music productions — and our chandelier-lit, arched space has become a destination for Calgary's nightlife crowd.
