Calgary's first chef-driven food hall and inner-city gathering hub in the Beltline. Under one roof: a food hall with a rotating roster of local restaurateurs serving globally-inspired plates — sushi, tacos, burgers and more — plus standalone concepts including Bar Chouette (a French-leaning wine and cocktail bar) and CENTRAL (a restaurant and bar from the CRAFT Beer Market founders). A large seasonal outdoor courtyard hosts markets, Stampede parties, weddings and private events for up to 350. Food hall runs Monday–Saturday; individual restaurants and bars keep their own, often later, hours.
